How Important the Contribution of Non
Formal Education for the Youth
 

The contribution of non-formal education ain learning has an important role to play in responding to youth unemployment, poverty, underdevelopment and violence. This is because it supports development by helping to transform young peoples’ potential, creativity, talents, initiative and social responsibility, through the acquisition of related knowledge, skills, attitudes and values.
The purpose the the project is helps young people to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that are frequently said to be needed in the labour market.
An integrated approachSystematic, sustained and concerted action is required to significantly enhance the creative and innovative capacities of young people in ways that are relevant to employability. The Expert Group recommends actions in the following areas:
1. Explaining non-formal learning  
It is important to understand that the wide range of competences gained are not limited to so called ‘soft’ skills, and to demonstrate how they contribute to innovation and creativity.
2. Translating non-formal learning outcomes
It will be important to develop, provide and make the most of existing user-friendly, accessible tools (for example  Microsoft Office Programs) that can enhance the ability, skills, knowledge, competensi and insigh  for the youth in the world of work and promote their skills, innovation and creativityof the skills gained through participation in such activities.
3. Enhancing youth competence
Sustainable human resource development for youth needs to be continuously implemented and promoted so that more young people will benefit from this technogical and information training..
4. Developing on entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship training is conducted to ensure that all young people have a concrete entrepreneurial knowledge, because entrepreneurship plays a greater role in connecting young people with the local community, including social enterprise and business, thus enhancing their own opportunities to find a job, or to start their own project.
